Receiver hitch extension for 2000 Ford
Somebody tell me I'm reading this right. To put a hitch extension in the range of 34-48", one has to have a 2 1/2" receiver as there are no 2" extensions that long. To use the torklift tiedo...

And I sure woulnd't want to tow a trailer whose pivot point is under the truck camper. The trailer is going to track tighter than the truck on turns, which equates to a maneuverability nightmare.
That extra trailer length also makes the trailer tow down the road straighter and tighter.
It’s a law of physics. The shorter it is the waggier, the longer it is the more stable.
