Recommendation needed for first camper trailer

Looking to purchase my first camper trailer, hoping to get some advice. My vehicle is a 2020 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Diesel, towing capacity is 5000lbs. My must haves are: Bunks, kitchen, full bath...

The ZR2 model has a lower tow rating that the other Colorado models.

I had a Viking 17BH that would make a good TT for a Colorado. It had bunks, small fridge, bathroom with shower (but no sink) and a bed up front. I don't recall if it was a queen or full.
