Your Jeep GC is a capable tow vehicle for many small, lightweight trailers. Don't let the naysayers get to you. I've towed over 100,000 miles with a Toyota Highlander, and the GC is beefier than my HL.
I think the hardest ingredient to obtain in your list will be the comfortable seating. Hardly any TT is made with decent seats. That said, a couple of candidates come to my mind.
First, have a look at Lil Snoozy, www.lilsnoozy.com . Sold from the factory in South Carolina, these come with a really nice leather jackknife sofa and a full queen mattress. Very light and aerodynamic, but plenty of headroom. If you want to see one in person, I know an owner in Kansas OK who would be happy to show his to you, or call the factory and see if anyone closer to Springfield has one.
Second, Casita makes a model called the Freedom. It has two swivel chairs with a small table between them. While I've heard that the swivel chairs aren't all that comfy, you could probably delete or remove their chairs and add your own. One idea for a better chair is the Strongback Chair, which is an unusually comfortable folding chair. Or look at some office chairs or a Benchmaster chair (the latter come with ottomans and are quite supportive; I have one in the house). The Casita will feel smaller due to the lower ceiling and narrower aisle (compared to the Lil Snoozy), but they've been around for decades and are well liked.
Best wishes with your search.
