None of the above trailers will keep you warm in cold climate except for one, an Escape 17b with extra insulation, thermal windows and spray foam on the floor. The trailer has a GVWR of 3500# and leaves the factory around 2300#. here is home link http://escapetrailer.com/Products/17FootEscape.aspx
