Casita 17 footer. A Frames are also very easy to set up. We have one (see signature). They're very light and can be towed by your vehicle. The Aliner Expedition comes with a bathroom, as do some of the Flagstaff/Rockwood A Frames. Another lightweight model that comes to mind is the R-Pod 178. It has a wet bath and a kitchen slide out. R-Pod also has other models with/without slides.
