FWIW - We had a 1990 Fleetwood Yukon 15'. Sticker weight was just under 2000#. Front double bed, rear side door. Wet bath. Single axle.
Towed very well. Would be tight if you're a 6 footer. Small size meant it was easy to heat and cool.
Nothing fancy, but fully equipped with standard brand components. Good intro into RVing.
There were a lot of them made around that time under the different Fleetwood brands and there are some clean ones still around. Should be able to get one for around 3K.
