Lance 805 will fit your needs.
If you don't mind going slightly heavier, say 2,400# wet and loaded, you could move up to the Lance 815 though it does have a bathroom. However, you could always use the bathroom as an extra closet with the factory rod. Your truck would be a good match for the camper though over the GVWR but well under the GAWRs.
Capri may also make a no thrills camper that would suit you.
