I have owned a Nash or Artic Fox and a Casita. Wasnt impressed with either one. In all fairness my Artic Fox was built at an old Fleetwood factory in Indiana , not in Bend Oregon. Workmanship was sloppy and had lots of problems with slides. As for as the four seasons insulation---- how much insulation can you get in two inch walls. Roof insulation didnt seem any different from my Big Horn. I think it did have a pretty heavy frame, and it was a heavy trailer.
My Casita was the large 17' model. There are advantages to being small, but no storage. Insulation was 3/8" of carpet over the fiberglass skin. Rivits constantly popping out. Cabinets were pop rivited to the foberglass skin. Bought it used in1996 for $8500. Sold it ten years later for $8500 and almost had people fighting to buy it.
I am wondering if the Lance or Winnebago might be pretty good. Dont really know.
Good luck.
