I'm with these, would add Bigfoot, and for really well built, Oliver, which has dual shell construction. LivinLite Campsite for lightweight framed construction. The list thus covers all important construction styles, with the first two being conventional framed and conventional panel wall. All the rest are special construction types that carry higher build costs.
Well built does not always mean plush or luxurious, that's a strategy for raising the price of a less well built RV.
