I dont know how well the newer jeeps ared oing but my 1999 Jeep Wrangler will not hardly tow a 5x8 trailer safely... Note I added the word SAFELY...
My 99 TJ Jeep rearend just does not support heavy towing... It already has one one rearend put in it and I was just towing a 5X8 loaded trailer going tent camping alot...
Maybe the newer JEEPS and the four door jeeps are beefed up better now...
Two guys standing on the back bumper of my 99TJ can almost bring the front end off the ground without too much effort...
I have had a wrangler type jeep around since the late 50's and this is all I can expect to tow safely with it. Also if you want to make it back you better be running with a group of Jeeps. Its fix or repair daily being out off the trails in the back country...

Not saying it can't be done - the older Jeeps just don't have a good track record doing it...
My thinking for a 26-foot trailer is to use a F150 size truck to be safe... Anything bigger than 26-feet would need a bigger truck...
No way my 99TJ would even think about pulling my 4200b loaded OFF ROAD POPUP.
Just my thoughts
