in case you didn't see my answer on the Hybrid Forum, this is what i'm saying about hybrids:
do you know anything about hybrids or why they're different from TT's?
many newbies are drawn to hybrids because of all the sleeping space they have and open floor space since there's no walk-around bed. and all this comes in a much smaller and lighter package.
but those that have never owned a popup and aren't educated about the canvas ends, often regret buying a hybrid after a year of ownership, because they didn't do enough research.
if the idea of sleeping under canvas is not something you're excited about, DON'T buy a hybrid.
most hybrid owners are former popup owners that want more amenities and less setup. but they still love the experience of the canvas ends and are willing to deal with the few negatives that come with the canvas.
feel free to ask questions, on the Hybrid Forum, about the pros and cons of hybrids but you should first go look at some and sit in them and get familiar with them. then you'll be able to ask better questions about them.
as far as your towing questions, don't believe salesman or Jeep employees. and never believe "dry" numbers, they are fiction.
