Recommendations on a Ford Dealer

Never even got that far in the process with any of them. They want to sell me what they have on the lot. And I went through the Ford "Build your Truck" site to option on what I wanted. The site won't let you pick incompatable options. So that's not the issue. It's the attitude of a wanting to do a quick sale with what they have sitting on their blacktop. I can guess that maybe the salesperson is afraid they'd have to wait 12 weeks for the commission check to be cut on a factory order and by then, many will be selling refrigerators at Best Buy and couches at Rooms to Go.
