Most Fords came with a fuse and relay for the trailer/camper charge wire. GM and Dodge now Ram do not have a relay it is hot all the time.
As stated before I would insure that you install a circuit breaker, relay and larger wire to charge the camper battery.
It would be a thirty amp circuit breaker and somewhere around # 6 multi-strand wire (not building wire).
A Larger ground wire attached to the frame near the cmpaer would serve you very well.
If no isolation is installed you could drain your trucks battery and leave you stranded.
I would suggest looking at the Torklift tie downs with Fastgun turnbuckles.
Relay would be one controlled by the ignition switch "hot" in "run".
