Refrigerator temperature
Our Dometic refrigerator does not have an adjustment for the temperature. (That I am aware of anyway) it's from 2003. Dometic Americana. Now the ice cream is soft. Does it need to be recharged?

Dometic fridge with 'Auto temp Control' (no adjustments) is preset by factory to achieve 40*F in food compartment
Thermistor in clip on far right fin is the sensor the thermostat uses for 'cooling cycle'
Tip of thermistor should be above top of clip.
Moving clip up/down on fin will have minor temp affect ----4*F to 6*F
Moving it UP.........COLDER
Moving it DOWN.......WARMER
Usually is a sticker on right wall indicating 'Colder/Warmer'
Move the clip to top for MAX cooling affect
