What a wonderful surprise for new truck buyers!! So, it's a given that Premium fuel runs about 40% more than Regular. That being the case, if a person drives only 15,000 miles per year, and is fortunate enough to achieve an average of 15 miles per gallon, his annual outlay is probably going to be about $800 more than a truck that burns Regular fuel.
To me, that's a lot of money for, really, nothing. But on the other hand, if a person is dropping 80 or 90 grand on a truck, I imagine an extra $800 per year is fairly insignificant.
