Reliability ford f250 6.7 with alot of mileage

I have a '12 6.7PSD with 145k miles. To date I've had the Nox sensor and the EGT sensors on the exhaust replaced all after the warranty period.

Both the 6.2 and the 6.7PSD are really good engines. A hotshotter at FTE got a little over 400k miles on his 6.2 when his cams failed, and still has the original transmission, and we're seeing some hotshotters with the 6.7PSD with 300k-400k miles still with the original DPF. Radiators and DEF heaters('11-'13) are the biggest problem with these.
