I would buy a used truck with the 6.7 in a heart beat.....great diesel motor . If your just going to stay close to home with your tt and only camp a few times a year a gas truck will work. If you were going on long trips across country and spending a lot of time on the road the 6.7 is the way to go . I have a 2014 6.7 and it has been trouble free....Any truck that has to go into the shop for repairs diesel or gas is going to cost plenty at almost $100 per hour. Look at what people pulling trailers are driving now days.....diesel . On long trips when you’re loaded heavy and there are a lot of big mountains and the wind is blowing hard the 6.7 will still drive like it is a nice calm summer day.
