Reliability ford f250 6.7 with alot of mileage

In a F250 Crew cab Diesel, probably not staying within ratings/limits as established by the MGFR. In a gas motor F250 it is possible, depending on how much a golf cart weighs and the family.

My BIL's F350 SRW Gas truck has about 3,600 lbs of payload capacity, so that would surely cover your weight concerns.
