Remote Atwood Jacks

Good Morning!

My remote Atwood jacks on my Lance 915 left me stranded and cranking away the other day. I have done the power reset, checked all connections, changed the battery in the remote, checked for proper voltage to the jacks, etc.... When you flip the little toggle switch it lights up, you hit a button on the remote, the jacks work for about one second and quit, light go's out on the switch.

So I'm guessing the board is shot?

Has anyone rewired one of these things to run wired some how? Maybe made their own switch or something?

I really dont want to spend $200.00 + one a new board

THANKS!!!!

  • Do's the same thing with one or all four.
I have never seen a cord to connect to the panel. Although the cord that go's to the switch looks to be the same 6 pin cable that is used on the wired version.
  • Do you have the cord to connect the remote to the panel? (some years/models have that option, some don't)
  • Does this do the same when when operating one jack verses all four? You may have a weak battery or bad connection causing an overload breaker to cycle.
