You might be able to find a pan that will work dimension wise, either in an RV style or even a residential unit. Keep in mind that RV shower pans are also raised to accommodate the shower drain/ p-trap. You usually can't drop them any lower, to floor level, without running into drainage problems. The grey tank is very close to the floor, so there always going to be some step-up.
