I rented a 1 ton pickup in Orlando back in 2005-2006. I can't remember where it was exactly. It was on the due west side of I-4. (I know I-4 has an east west direction but in Orlando the interstate does have a west side to it.) I am thinking around Lee Road. Again, this was 8 years ago so forgive me if I'm off some or the business has moved.
The company was a trucking type that also did repair work. The price was reasonable for renting that type of truck.
