Camper rentals

Good afternoon. Has anyone here rented a camper from Indie Campers? 
I just reserved a 24’ motor home. Then I started reading reviews. I know I did it backwards. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Now I’m a little worried that I chose a company that may do sketchy things to rip one off. 
If you have rented from them what was your experience?
