REPAIR LANCE FIRST OR SELL AS IS?(DISCLOSE DAMAGE OF COURSE)

When I traded in our last TT, I disclosed to each dealer we visited that there was some rot under the back window. It didn't seem to make any difference to any of them.
So I would just disclose the damage unless it's easy to fix.
