REPAIR LANCE FIRST OR SELL AS IS?(DISCLOSE DAMAGE OF COURSE)

Leave it, and disclose it - reflect it in the price. Some guys would much rather fix it and save a few bucks, because a lot of guys buy a second-owner camper knowing they will do some work on it. Not always repairs, but just certain things one guy might like specifically.

I even did a lot of 'specialized' work on both mine, and bought both new.
