A new roof material sounds like the last (and maybe least) of the issues of your repair project. It sounds like you will need to repair parts of your roof structure first. And then you can put on a new skin, be it EPDM, aluminum, or something else.
I fully understand the job ahead repairing the structure but was just looking at the roof material. I thought aluminum but will need to find a source of supply and the cost as well. Thanks
