Replace Manual Awning with Power Awning ... Anyone ?

I hate my power awning. Its a big piece of garbage. Dealer has been out 3 times to try and make this think work, and they will be changing the motor again next week. Thing will not retract. Im hooked to shore power and my battery has been tested. Its a lippert solara, which needs the battery hooked up to work. If this doesn't work the dealer said they will replace with a manual awning. Is it wrong to hope this 3rd motor doesn't work?
