I don't know how they work with electric over hydraulic.

The large electric brakes found on larger RV are what we have found to cause issues. Dexter told one owner they need 10.5v to fully set on his 15k RV. These brake controllers are sending about 8v max. Unplug the factory controller and use a P3 using factory wiring and the problem is solved.
