Ben, it does all figure in, everything you stated. Most of us have shown our Trailers brand and model in our sigs... though the tires are a different story.I've not towed my heavy load enough to determine if my braking is "lacking". I have IBC set on heavy electric and "10" level. I AM concerned about report outs on this forum AND the Cummins forum about the OEM IBC, afraid to naively believe that mine is working flawlessly....or is it?...Need to do some more testing...though...crawling along at 15 mph, manually actuating my brake controller, tires do lock up......Got some thinking to do..My unit is a 3 axle, electric brake set up at 44' 7" long and a GVW of 20K, loaded to a little over 18K now. As stated, all towing in the mountains and no issues with trying to brake speed of combo...BUT, enough conversation to have me
'pondering", "what if?...."
On edit: I can get P3 and the pig tail connector for the 2015-2016 Ram for $129 total.
