Replace vanity faucet/diverter with single handle/diverter?

We spend LOTS of $$ for these TC units and many (most? all?) wet bath campers have a super cheapo vanity faucet w/diverter. These have the quality of low end WallyWorld merchandise.

Is anyone happy with the water flow or temperature control with the POC that came with their camper?

I would like to replace it with a better quality single handle unit but cannot find one that has the diverter for the shower.

Has anyone found one?

Barring that I would add a dedicated single handle shower only fixture to the wall after I replace the vanity faucet with a single handle fixture and throw the old one into the woods.

    No sink in the bathroom and the cassette toilet are 2 of the best features of Northstar TCs.

    If it were up to me, I wouldn't even put a sink in the shower.
    I'd rather have just a shower head/handheld wand, and have more space.

    I had used the RV.net search feature but your post is older than a year so simple search doesn't go back that far. How did I miss it when you first posted the topic?

    Now to do some looking but more probably feeling around inside the vanity.

    As a side note, how come the outside shower controls work better for temperature regulation than the POC in the bathroom :?

    You might look at the Scandvik 460xx part numbers which are combination faucets and pull out showers, or the 144xx which are single lever control versions. My camper had separate shower plumbing so I used the 10500 shower mixer which is quite compact, and a bulkhead fitting to connect the shower handset. I posted a bunch of pictures on the job, but the whole thread seems to be missing now.

    Ambassador Marine Stasis Small Pull-Out Galley Faucet

    It has a 4' pullout hose. No need for a diverter.

    Pricey but makes the shower much more useful.

    I looked briefly through their site but didn't see any faucets with diverters. I will continue my quest.

    Now you have me curious what marine shops can do for RVs. Prices are more expensive... but you do get what you pay for.
