Replace vanity faucet/diverter with single handle/diverter?

We spend LOTS of $$ for these TC units and many (most? all?) wet bath campers have a super cheapo vanity faucet w/diverter. These have the quality of low end WallyWorld merchandise. Is anyone happy...

Now you have me curious what marine shops can do for RVs. Prices are more expensive... but you do get what you pay for.
