Replace vanity faucet/diverter with single handle/diverter?

We spend LOTS of $$ for these TC units and many (most? all?) wet bath campers have a super cheapo vanity faucet w/diverter. These have the quality of low end WallyWorld merchandise. Is anyone happy...

I too was wanting to change to a single level. Closest I found was a standard tub/shower faucet with the diverter being in the spout.
