In the WFCO manual there's a list of compatible breakers, they're available at any electrical supply house or big box store. You'll need a 30A main and 15A or 20A ones for the branch circuits.
DC fuses are "ATC" automotive type. 3A for the propane detector and 15A for most of the other DC circuits.
