With all the "damage" you have mentioned, you are going to take a huge loss whether you fix it or not.
Buying replacement parts is not a cheap affair and finding very specific items like cabinets, cabinet doors, drawers for a 3 yr old trailer will be pretty much impossible not to mention expensive. For those you WILL have to contact the trailer manufacturer and hope they still have those in production. They tend to not keep much in stock after the model/floor plan has been discontinued.
"Fire damage" sale price it and let it go as is.
Sadly, RVs are nothing but a complete loss in money, they are not an investment that you can sell and get all plus more money out of it. Even the hopes of breaking even are slim even if it was pristine and never used.
Hope things work out for you but keep in mind you are not going to get a lot out of it even if you dumped a lot of money into fixing everything.
