Replacement running lights question

Clearing out the cobwebs from my 2012 Lance 850 to prep for a trip next month and today I tested the lights. Ran into a problem with the triple light bar above the door, with only the center one working. “No problem” says me! I’ll just get a replacement set and swap them out! But, there IS a problem. Problem is, they’re no longer made. Model is: tmc glo brite 231/7r/2318a
Is there a recommended replacement for this unit?
I see a bunch of 3-LED bars on eBay, but I’m not sure if there’s something that would be better. Thoughts?

    Yeah. Saw that. Looks like the same product as I scrounged up on eBay.
    I’ll go ahead and order and see how it goes.

    Presume they're not individually replaceable bulbs?
    If not, pretty much any strip will work, IMO.
    In lieu of drilling new holes if it doesnt match up, could use some double sided tape for automotive mouldings.
