We had a small 18ft Funfinder. Loved the rv and it was perfect except for the dinette. No storage underneath and consumed most of the small trailer. I took it out myself and replaced it with two small swivel rv style chairs. Worked great for us.
I don't have a before but here is an after. I covered the wheel well with a box cover and cut out the outlet and alarm that were previously there and fitted them into the wheel well cover.
I had room in our storage shed for the dinette. I offered it to the buyer when we sold the TT years later.
