I'd be surprised if you can do a repair without replacing the pieces of wood that are damaged. The face frames may be oak or maple and the sides likely are luan plywood. If you're handy at woodworking you should be able to rebuild the effected cabinets, otherwise, you're probably looking at complete replacements. If there is just an area that's got watermarks, a good light sanding and restaining may fix that and then seal with a good polyurethane. Good luck, this is not an easy fix.
