replacing window shades with mini-blinds in hybrid trailer

Our window shades have been a problem almost from the start. First the tension cords do not work, tried to fix, then the screw came out from bracket holding shade at top. Would like to replace with ...

What exactly did you buy at Home Depot and which window blinds were you replacing? I'm tying to figure out an inexpensive way to replace our 3 and all 3 windows measure 44x24, I believe.
