Have owned a Fox and was pleased with it. And I can see you are leaning that way. However have you considered a used Teton? They were build in Wyoming and their main focus was the oil and gas industry. So they were built stout. 2X4 exterior stud walls and enough insulation to choke a horse. Probably the best cold climate trailer ever. Not light and definitely not cheap, but as you have discovered, you get what you pay for.
