Some general points...
*) Dual Pane windows are an OPTION with Arctic Fox, that being said from talking to the factory manager something like 80 or 90% of the Foxes ordered are ordered with Dual Pane.
*) I'm trying to recall the handle of the guy that over-winters in North Dakota also, his procedure was impressive.
*) Newer Foxes are better insulated then older ones. Not every model year improves, for example the 2014/2015 have some step-ups from say even the 2012 we have.
*) Even Foxes have some "oops". I noticed a breeze around the sink one day and started chasing. I found that the electrical power-in was open (outside air) to air-vent (for air circulation around the power converter). Just took a piece of wood to block it up, but it was certainly an opps.
Off hand, the better made, better insulated rigs are "easier" to winter is, however none are going to be "easy". No rig is really made for sustained sub-zero (C or F) use
