It's usually work that keeps a guy in those temps for extended times... It's called, live and learn in those temps as to where your particular trailer's cold spot weaknesses are(frozen water lines), each one seems to be different.
My son-in-law just got back from Williston North Dakota with a frozen up motor home.Insulated skirting with heat and heated under belly didn't help in those temps. The bathroom froze when he was at work with the heat on and bathroom door open with the furnace and a portable heater going.... Wind has a way of finding a way in and at -45 in an rv, there ain't much you can do about it.
