The Williston RV dealer sells Forest River products and recommends the Salem sub-zero solutions trailers. Having lived in rv's down in the -25 plus category, it's a hell of a lot safer to winterize/use a porta-potti and portable water than to spend your off time,thawing out water lines and especially the tanks. There more likely to freeze and break...

This unit has heated underbelly and heated tanks with Dual pane windows! Keep that heat in and the cold out ! R-45 in sidewalls,front and rear walls as well as the floor R-52 10 gallon gas or electric DSI water heater.
One 40, BTU and One 25,000 BTU ducted furnace on Separate thermostats !!! Will keep you warm in the North Dakota winters and has 13.5k BTU ducted Roof A/C unit to keep you cool in the summer!
