Arctic Fox & Nash units, as well as the Outdoors RV models are good, solid units. The storage area changed in the 2006 units to provice a drop-through laundry chute. Older AF & Nash units were wood construction which is a good insulator. If you shop in the summer, you will immediately notice the difference in temperature between an AF unit and some of the also rans. Good luck!
