It's obvious most rver's have not lived in there rv in -25 plus weather. We all know about heated tanks/lines/dump valves etc etc but nobody mentions the doors ( the weak link for in side)..
Had a 34 ft Terry decked out for the cold. Extra insulation/heated tanks and valves/storm windows and all water lines were exposed inside to keep them from freezing butt the weak link in that set-up was the water lines running next to the doors, other than that it was pretty much freeze proof if hooked up to electricity, within reason say warmer than -20 but keep the highs below zero and you will have problems.
Haven't seen an rv door or for that matter a mobile home door that won't freeze and frost that far below zero.
In all these post and rv dealers selling points, never a mention of the doors.....
