While I've never tried our Fox in sub-zero (and don't intend to); but I've lived in that kind of climate (ie high for the day -30). So I have some ideas what it would take to modify our Fox.
*) We did get the (optional) thermopane windows, I would also have gotten the optional heating pads for the tanks (NEVER run those with dry tanks).
*) I would have to stuff some kind of batting in the power cord entry.
*) The outside shower would need to be sealed, maybe even by-passed.
*) The window in the entry door is not thermo, so it would need to be sealed
*) Neither skylight is thermo, both would need a (custom) "pillow"
*) All three vents would need "pillows"
*) Complete skirting of the rig, probably foil backed foam boards. Backed by framing (ie 2x2)
*) An Extenda-Stay fitting on the propane and a large external tank
*) Thremo-cube (electric thermo-switches) controlled heat under the rig, probably 34 degree set one
I'm certain there's more, but that's what I've thought of. We've had some "sub" freezing nights here and just "out of the box" the only issue has been the unheated water line has iced up.

The bedroom floor is cold, (on AF 5ers). This is largely because while the floor is insulated it is not enclosed nor heated, un-like the rest of the rig. If I was long term parked I would look into either putting a foil-backed foam board under the bedroom, or skitting it also (that would also give my a good storage area)
