Researching for a buddy

After the wife and I took our first trip this weekend, which was about as perfect as you can get, I've got my buddy interested in a TC. The problem is his truck. It's a shortbed (5' 6") F150 with the ecoboost v6 and he'd like to retain the ability to tow. He knows he'd have to add airbags and a LD hitch. What campers are available for that size? I've already explained the CG to him to help him in his search but I know you guys have more experience with this than I do.

    Have your buddy sign up on here and get an education. He must have the drive to find out if a camper will work on his half-ton. There are dozens, if not more on here, or who used to be on here and have paid the dues of starting with a half-ton. Remember, you always want to start a project with all your ducks in a row for success, not failure.
    If he only feels your missionary zeal about TC's, not his own, success can be elusive.
