Retiring an old travel trailer into utility trailer

I have access to an old (mid '70's) 13 foot box travel trailer which suffered heavy water damage and I would call well beyond repair. I was considering taking it and tearing it down to the bare frame...

Just check the wheel bearings and spindels first.

I did that many years ago with an old pop -up that was given to me, and on one trip with it a wheel came flying off on the interstate
