I've hardly ever seen 19.5" wheels on craigslist and now here's another!

4 Vision, 81 Hauler polished aluminun19.5 wheels With Hankook DH--01 "drivers" 265/70/19.5 (35""x11") approx 3k miles on them pretty much brand new. Asking $1750 or best offer.
These are located about 30 miles from me.
So, what's the better deal here folks; the Ricksons at $700 with the Chevy offset of 1.125 on my Dodge with a factory offset of 1.41, and buying tires of my choice, or these Visions with an offset of zero and slightly used Hankook in the larger 265 size?
