Rickson wheel/tire advice

Since the Visions are coming off the same year/model truck I have, with the same height leveling kit, I'm pretty sure they will fit.
My concern with is with the offset mostly. Dodge 4x4 front ends are prone to 'issues' dealing with death wobble and wear. An offset from stock 1.41 to 0 is going to exasperate the problem as the tires are on a wider stance with the zero offset.
Also, the Hankook are Chinese manufacture. I don't really trust their quality control. I've heard and read bad things about those tires as well as good things.
I did hear again from the Rickson owner in Reno. He's planning on going to South Lake Tahoe on Thursday for some business and could meet up with me there. That's about half way between my place in Placerville and his in Reno, so pretty fair deal.
For right now, I'll probably follow through on the Rickson wheels. They have the reputation of quality after all.
