Yes, those are the parts, but I cannot confirm that they are the correct part numbers for your model year. Note that there are plenty of shops who can provide you with the steering linkage as a complete package (e.g
Steve White Motors). Yes, you need the pitman arm and steering damper. Again, this may also be available to you for free as part of Dodge's recall program.
I don't have any knowledge about the quality of Synergy's track bar... but
this one on Amazon is manufactured for Carli by Thuren Fab'.
Also, IMO the weakest link(s) in the 3rd Gen dodge front end is/are the ball joints. I'm not sure what your budget is... but since you're considering installing a free-spin kit as well as these other upgrades, it'd be wise to throw a set of ball joints into the mix too.
