Rideright Airbag Failure
Anyone know how good Firestone is with warranties. One of my bags failed... pissing air through the sealed plug on the top.

After multiple emails I finally just called them. They have agreed to send me a new bag but reiterated that it is not a design defect. While I disagree all I really care about is getting the bag replaced.
Based upon my experience the conclusion is that Riderite offers a worthless warranty that they will only begrudgingly honor if you become loud and annoying.
